Create Emails

Email >> Create Emails

Creating emails is essential for your relationship with your customer. Many of these emails will be automated, but these emails help your customer understand the order process. For example a standard email should be a conformation email that could also serve as a thank you note. This section helps you create and format those emails anyway you like using the HTML editor.

Add a new email

  • Click the "Add New" link in the top right corner of the emails list
  • Enter the name you would like to call this Email into the proper text field
  • Enter the subject into the proper text field
  • Type and edit the email message in the text field
  • Save the email by clicking the disk icon in the icon panel
