Custom Shipping

Setup >> Custom Shipping

This section allows you to add, edit, and delete custom shipping options. The purpose of this is to give your customers a variety of ways to get their items shipped to them.

Add New Custom Shipping Option

  • Click on the "Add New" link in the top right corner of the list
  • Enter appropriate information into the text fields
  • Click the "Add" button

    • Shipping Name The display name of the shipping type.
    Shipping Description This would be a more detailed description of the shipping type.
    Shipping Rate This is the shipping rate for this specific shipping type.
    Display Order The order that the Shipping type will be displayed in.
    Select Carrier This is the carrier such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

    Edit Custom Shipping

  • Under the action column, click on the "Edit" link
  • In the input boxes, modify your custom shipping information
  • Click the "Update" button to save changes

    • Delete Custom Shipping Option

  • Under the action column, click on the "Delete" link
  • Confirm that this custom shipping is the one that you want to delete
  • Click the "Delete" button to confirm deletion, otherwise, click the "Back" button to go back
    • You may also change this information in the Site Wide Settings section.
