Edit Auto Response

Email >> Edit Auto Response

Email Auto Responses are usually used when an order is placed, a password is forgotten, or anything that doesn't require any personal attention. When an order is placed, it is ideal to have a auto response email to confirm the order with the customer as well as thank the customer for their order. These emails are essential and cannot be deleted.


Edit Auto Response Emails

  • Click on the "Edit" link in the Actions column next to the corresponding email
  • Edit the Subject, Header, and Footer
  • Click the "Update" button to save changes
