This section will let you manage the questions on your FAQ list. This will allow you to list answers to the most frequently asked questions, which saves time and energy, not only for you but for your customer. Typical FAQ information contains information about how to purchase, your products and services, and the policies of your site.

Add a new FAQ

  • Click the "Add New" link in the top right corner of the FAQ list
  • Enter the Question into the Name text field
  • Enter the Answer into the Description text field
  • Enter the Link to the question in the Link text field
  • Enter a numerical value in the Order text field, this is order in which the question is viewed

    • Delete a FAQ

  • Click on the "Delete" link in the Action column next to the corresponding FAQ
  • Click the "Delete" button to confirm deletion

    • Edit an Existing FAQ

  • Click the "Edit" link in the Action column next to the corresponding FAQ
  • Edit the text in the text fields
  • Click the "Update" button to save changes
