Import Data / Update Database

Please note that this tool is most frequently used when the store is initially setup. Using this tool can delete and replace all of your current product information, so please use this tool carefully. The upload "Import Excel File" function is used to help you to upload your product data in one click. There are two ways that you can add or update your products. You can either add or update your products using the "Edit Products" page, or you may use this function to import the excel data files.

In order for this import function to work properly, you have to follow the certain format for the Excel file. Please go to Products >> Update Database and download the sample file.

If importing an Excel file that has products that are not already in the online database, the file will automatically add it to that database. If you import an Excel file that has previously crated products, those will simply be updated.

Import an Excel File

• Upload the excel file (Please refer to Upload File for more information)
• If you want to delete all your online products data, then upload a new set of data from the excel file
• Check the "Delete All" checkbox
• Click the "Yes" button
• A message will be displayed confirming that the upload was successful
