Order Status Editor

This section will let you add, edit and delete an order status.  For exapmple, you may have an order under the "In Progress" status, though you wish to put an order on hold, though there is no "On Hold" status, this section will let you create that new "On Hold" status, edit a status name, or delete a status name.

Add a New Order Status

  • Click on the "Add link in the top right corner of the Status list
  • Enter the Name of the Status into the "Order Status Name" text field
  • Enter a numerical value in the "Display Order" text field
  • Click the "Add" button to save changes
  • Delete an Order Status

  • Click on the "Delete" link in the Action column next to the corresponding Status
  • Confirm deletion by clicking on the "Delete" button
  • Edit an Order Status

  • Click on the "Edit" link in the Action column next to the corresponding Status
  • Edit the Status Name
  • Edit the Display Order
  • Click the "Update" button to save changes
