Within the Site Wide Administration, you can set the notification method for site. The order notification can be set to send an instant email or to no email notification.

Instant Email NotifcationThe way instant notifcation works is, after the order is placed an email is sent to you containing details of the order. You can choose to receive a basic email, or a more detailed encrypted email, containing all the order information including the complete credit card information. |
Orders PageCustomers >> Orders Another way to learn of new orders is to log into your account and go to the Orders page. This will have a list of all the orders in process. Once you are in this area you can narrow your search by entering any specific information into the search box and clicking the Search button. |
Lookup OrdersCustomers >> Lookup Orders Another way to lookup an order is using the order lookup screen. Once you log into this area, you can easily lookup any order placed over your web site. |
Customer LookupCustomers >> Customer Accounts Another way to locate an order is to first lookup information about the customer who is placing that order. To use this method you will first lookup your customer using either their name or email address. After locating the customer, you can easily review or check the details of any order that they have placed. |
