Product Groups

Products >> Product Groups

This section allows you to combine several products into a group. The groups are very useful especially for a group of products that need special attention. For example, your store sells towels, t-shirts, and hats, those would not be in the same category, but if all those items were available for personalization, you could put them in a "Personalization" group. When a customer then places an order, they are asked "What would you like personalized on your item?" this question would only be asked to those buying an item in that "Personalization" group. Adding Product Groups

  • Click on the "Add New" Link in the top right corner of the Group List
  • Enter the name of the group
  • Enter the order you want the group to be shown in
  • Click "Add" button to save

    • Deleting a Product Group

  • Under the Action column, click on the "Delete" link
  • Click on the "Delete" button to confirm deletion

    • Editing a Product Group

  • Under the Action column, click on the "Edit" link
  • Update information as desired
  • Click on the "Update" button to save changes.
