Shipping Methods

Setup >> Shipping Methods

This section will help you setup the shipping methods you want to use for your site.

Real-Time Shipping

To setup Real-Time Shipping with either UPS or FedEx you must go to the Master Site Setup and turn on Real-Time Shipping.

Add New Shipping Option

  • Select the Shipping option you would like to add from the drop down menu
  • Click "Add Shipping Option"
  • Configure the settings near the bottom of the page
  • Click the "Update" button to save changes
    Include To include this shipping method, make sure this box is checked.
    Shipping Type This will list the carrier and the service level.
    Default Package You may use the dropdown menu to choose the Default Package type.
    Default Size This is the Default Size of the package. This is not always required.

    • Manage Online Shipping

    You must make sure that you set up an online account with each shipper you plan to use. If you make changes to these settings, you must test the site to make sure that your changes are properly reflected in your live shopping cart and checkout process.
