Site Services Overview

Site services help you set up and edit the aspects of your page that are generally not associated with the products you are selling. In this section you can set up the frequently asked questions list, web pages with general contact information, help sections only visible on the back end of your site, site testimonials, side lists, credit card acceptance, editing the order status, uploading from your FTP, and restarting the application.

This section allows you to edit the help pages on the back end of your site. If an administrator is having trouble doing something, they can click on a help icon and be directed to the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are unique to every store. This section lets you customize those frequently asked questions to suit your site.

Customer testimonials add value to your site, by easing your potential customer into the transaction, they feel safer if someone can vouch for your site. This section allows you to create and customize testimonials that you might want to list on your page.

This section allows you to create pages for your site that would usually information that is essential to the customer, such as contact information.

This section allows you to place items on one side of the main frame. This is useful for sale items or anything that you wish to advertise to everyone whether they searched for it or not.

This section allows you to edit the type of cards that are displayed to the customer. If you only accept certain cards, this section would allow you to turn off the display for the cards you don't accept.

This section allows you to add, edit, and delete the order status from your list. This helps you better organize the orders on your site.

This section allows you to upload, delete, and rename files or folders. You can also use FTP to do this.

This section allows the changes that have recently been made to go live. If you just added a product to the main page and you want it to display immediately, you would want to restart the application.
